Black Snake Productions provides interactive wildlife education, safety training, events, and related animal services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance, except for emergency call-out services where applicable. 2.1 Quotes and Pricing: All prices quoted on our website or via direct communication are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, and travel costs may apply depending on the location of your event.

2.2 Bookings: A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from Black Snake Productions. 

2.3 Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking or on your invoice. Full payment is required by the due date stated.

2.4 Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide reasonable notice. Cancellations made close to the event date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation costs, as outlined in your booking agreement.

3.1 Participant Safety: The safety of our clients, staff, and animals is our highest priority. Our presentations involve live animals and are conducted under strict safety protocols. 

3.2 Participant Conduct: Participants must follow all instructions given by Black Snake Productions staff. We reserve the right to pause or terminate a presentation if participants engage in behavior that compromises safety or animal welfare.

3.3 Supervision: For events involving minors, the booking party (e.g., school, parent, event organizer) is responsible for ensuring adequate adult supervision is present at all times.

3.4 Animal Welfare: Our animals' welfare is paramount. If an animal shows signs of stress, our handlers reserve the right to substitute the animal or alter the presentation accordingly.

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety and maintain professional standards, interacting with wildlife carries inherent risks. To the extent permitted by Australian law, Black Snake Productions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantees or warranties implied by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be legally excluded.

All content on the Black Snake Productions website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and presentation materials, is the property of Black Snake Productions and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our materials for commercial purposes without our consent. Personal photography during events is generally permitted with the handler's consent.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.

For emergency animal removal services, clients must follow instructions provided by our staff over the phone for their own safety. Call-out fees apply for emergency attendance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
